Great sledding near the property. Build a great snowman- everyone has a great time! In winter, its a breathtaking Winter Wonderland! We get more snow than other areas,
and retain it. This is because of our high altitude (7,500 ft.,near the ski area), thick trees, and because we face away from the sun.
Large balconies and deck have chairs, loungers and patio table (in summer) to sit & soak up the GORGEOUS, SUNDRENCHED VIEW.

Tranquil and scenic area, a semi-private lot. The houses next door, behind, and across the street are spaced far enough away that you will have some privacy.
The houses across the street are down the hill, and the houses behind us are up the hill. A very popular vacation rental! Property is nicely wooded, with larger sized yard.
Lots of room for kids to play outside, and enjoy the great outdoors. Lovely scenic walks and hikes just outside your front door! The huge, heavily wooded San Bernardino National
Forest is only one street up the hill behind us- just steps away! A National forest hiking trail is only 3 blocks away, or you can create your own nearby trail!
My kids have a blast hiking the "money trail" after ski season, and finding the fallen change on the nearby ski trails!
There are many other scenic hiking trails in the area, check with the National Forest Service.
